Welcome to Move Like A Motha! Where athleticism and optimal body function doesnt end when you become a mother. Here you will not only be provided workouts and what to do, but all the whys behind it. Start learning and understanding your body for the body it is! Move Like A Motha includes multiple programs to take you from prenatal to postnatal, from the beginner to advanced, and from unsure to educated. Here you will get fitness motivation, education and knowledge, mobility work, nutritional guidance, and mental check ins, to become the best version of yourself mentally and physically.

Within this content you will find programs for all different stages of life:

A PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD PROGRAM for those looking to build a whole lotta strength but that also incorporates intentional breath work, alignment, and joint health which is often non existent in most strength programs.

TONED LIKE A MOTHA, a strength training program with a twist! Tons of cues giving guidance for optimal function, getting you stronger and leaner!

A FUNCTIONAL CORE PROGRAM, teaching you how to truly connect and engage to your core and pelvic floor. Included are 3 core workout phases, beginner, intermediate, and advanced, to learn how to properly engage and control pressure within the core unit. This programs also includes 4 weeks of coaching videos and personal demos for your viewing and learning. Struggling to feel deep abs? Struggling with pain, discomforts, or symptoms? This program is packed full of learning to help you reconnect and function at your best!

A 6 WEEK STRENGTH HYBRID, this program gives you 5 workouts per week + one rehab day for 6 weeks that can be done at home or in a gym. Combination of progressive overload, circuit training, plyometrics, conditioning, and a sprinkle of HIIT. This program will have you gaining strength and pushing your cardiovascular limits all in one!

Youll have access to an ADVANCED CORE PROGRAM. These workouts are fun, challenging, and have your whole system working together. Say goodbye to all the sit-ups! These moves are spicy and will have not only your core, but your inner thighs, legs, butt, arms, and back saying thank you!

Move Like A Motha also offers 1:1 MACRO COACHING as a month to month add on. You have direct access to Anna with personalized macro targets and check ins on a weekly basis. This program comes with resources and tools, example meal plans, easy to follow recipes, and guidance. No restrictions here!

These programs entail a lot of information and content, and the goal is to continue that education, knowledge, and proper functional training. With new content and material continually added into the app, the learning never stops!

A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
